the seventh day
Lunch:
2 hard-boiled egg well + spinach dish or vegetable soup consisting of zucchini, peas, beans and carrots to taste.
Dinner:
Quarter of a loaf of my life + the amount of a quarter of a kilo grilled fish + fruit grapefruit sweetener preferably addressed before going to sleep.
